Raw-water testing
Source water is tested on arrival so treatment can be set for its quality.
Sand & carbon filtration
Pressure sand filters remove suspended particles; activated carbon removes chlorine, odour and colour.
Softening & micron filters
Hardness is reduced and fine cartridge filters protect the RO membranes.
Reverse osmosis
RO membranes reduce dissolved salts and impurities to the required limits.
Mineral balancing
Essential minerals are balanced within IS 14543 limits for taste.
UV treatment
Ultraviolet light inactivates bacteria and other micro-organisms.
Ozonation
Ozone keeps treated water and packs free from re-contamination.
Automatic filling & sealing
Rinsing, filling and capping in a clean filling room — no human touch.
Tested before it leaves.
Our quality-assurance laboratory checks samples from every production batch. A pack is released for dispatch only after it passes.
